Fagan Harris

Fagan Harris is the co-founder and CEO of Baltimore Corps, a social enterprise that mobilizes local talent to advance public service and social entrepreneurship, animated by the values of racial equity and results-centered impact. Baltimore Corps connects committed and talented city residents to the most impactful opportunities in public service and social entrepreneurship as well as the resources, assistance, and support essential to retaining them in the vital work of strengthening their communities. Previously Fagan co-directed the Impact Careers Initiative at The Aspen Institute and staffed the White House Council for Community Solutions in the Obama Administration. In 2021, President Biden nominated Fagan to serve as a Director of AmeriCorps. He is the Assistant American Secretary for the Rhodes Trust, and serves on the boards of Johns Hopkins Hospital at Bayview, the Enoch Pratt Free Library, Lead for America, T. Rowe Price Charitable, and the Aaron and Lillie Straus Foundation.
